Are you in favor of the proposal entitled “special ad valorem tax to continue to operate the fire department and for fire protection and emergency medical service” levying a special ad valorem tax rate of $0.20 on each $100.00 of the assessed valuation on all taxable property which is a $0.025 increase which will be used to fund continued operation of the fire department and to provide fire protection and emergency medical services which includes personnel, purchase and maintenance of emergency medical and fire protection vehicles and other equipment?
A “Yes” vote means
Levies a special property tax of 20 cents per $100 of assessed value (a 2.5-cent increase) to keep operating Ludlow's fire department and fund fire protection and emergency medical services.
A “No” vote means
Rejects the proposed special property tax rate of 20 cents per $100 of assessed value for Ludlow's fire department, fire protection and emergency medical services.
