Shall a charter study commission be created to study the present governmental structure of Barnstable County to consider and make findings concerning the form of government and make recommendations thereon?
A “Yes” vote means
Creates a 19-member Charter Study Commission (one elected member per town plus county officials) to review Barnstable County's government and charter and report recommendations to voters.
A “No” vote means
No Charter Study Commission is created, and the charter study commissioners elected on the same ballot do not take office.
