This Charter Amendment increases the number of Charter Review Commission members appointed by the County Council from seven to nine for purposes of matching the expansion of the County Council. This would amend Section 1203(a) of the Baltimore County Charter.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote increases the County Council's appointments to the Charter Review Commission from seven to nine, matching the larger council.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the County Council's seven appointments to the Charter Review Commission.
