The question, as printed on the ballot
This measure will allow the County Purchasing Agent to sign all purchasing documents to promote flexibility in conducting government operations. It will also allow the County to partner with other public entities to buy goods and services.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote expands the County Purchasing Agent's signature authority and allows the County to partner with other public entities to buy goods and services.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the Purchasing Agent's current, more limited signature authority and limits the County's opportunities to partner with other public entities.
