A revision of the Charter of Wicomico County to permit the Council Administrator to keep minutes of meetings by written minutes, digital recordings, or a combination thereof.
A “Yes” vote means
A vote yes lets the Council Administrator keep meeting minutes in writing, as digital recordings, or both.
A “No” vote means
A vote no requires the Council Administrator to continue to manually type minutes of the meetings.
One of four charter revisions under Charter Resolution #110-2026, each voted on separately.
