Shall the previous voted increase in the tax limitations imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Valley Township, of 2.0 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value), as reduced by the required millage rollbacks, be renewed at and increased up to the original voted 2.0 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 4 years, 2027 through 2030 inclusive, for the purpose of township road maintenance, improvements, repair and construction, raising an estimated $257,324 in the first year the millage is levied?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews Valley Township's road millage for 2027–2030 and restores it to the originally voted 2 mills for road maintenance and construction.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal.
