Pursuant to the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, 2008 PA 33 (MCL 125.3801, et. seq.), should Baltimore Township, Barry County, Michigan, adopt an ordinance to establish the Township of Baltimore Planning Commission; to provide for the composition of the planning commission; to provide for the powers, duties and limitations of that planning commission; and to repeal any ordinance or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this ordinance?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adopts an ordinance establishing a Baltimore Township Planning Commission and setting its membership, powers and duties.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the ordinance.
