Shall the City of Benton Harbor renew a levy of 1.1568 mills on all real and tangible personal property in the City of Benton Harbor for the exclusive purpose of financing the contractual obligation created by the contract between the City of Benton Harbor and Twin Cities Area Transportation Authority (Dial-a-Ride) for a period of twenty (20) years, 2028 through 2047. The estimated revenue collected in the first year is approximately $225,137
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.1568-mill levy for 20 years (2028–2047) to pay the city's contract with the Twin Cities Area Transportation Authority (Dial-a-Ride).
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal.
