Section 10.6(a) requires the board of review to be composed of four (4) taxpayers of the city who have the qualifications for holding elective city office.The amendment would: (1) change the total board of review membership to three (3) taxpayers of the city who have the qualifications for holding elective city office. Should this proposal be adopted?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the city charter to reduce the board of review from four to three city taxpayers.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the board of review at four members.
