IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE VILLAGE OF BOYNE FALLS THAT:Section 1. The title of this ordinance shall be the "Village of Boyne Falls Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments Ordinance." Section 2. Marihuana Establishments Prohibited. Marihuana establishments, as defined by MCL 333.27953(1), are prohibited within the boundaries of the Village of Boyne Falls. Shall the "The Village of Boyne Falls Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments Ordinance" be approved?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote adopts an ordinance prohibiting marihuana establishments, as defined by state law, within the Village of Boyne Falls.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the ordinance.
