The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall the previous voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, section 6 of the Michigan Constitution on general ad valorem taxes within Rudyard Township, Chippewa County, Michigan, of 1.0 mills ($1.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable value), reduced to .9937 mills ($ .9937 per $1,000.00 of taxable value) by the required millage rollbacks, be renewed at the original voted 1.0 mills ($1.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable) and levied for four (4) years, 2027 through 2030 inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds to be used by the Township for road black topping and other expenses related to road black topping within said Township and shall said Township levy such renewal millage, or any portion thereof, for such purposes, which millage if fully levied, will raise in the first year of said levy an estimated $63,422.00?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews Rudyard Township's road blacktopping millage at the original 1 mill for 2027–2030.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal.
