Shall the City of Clio be authorized for a period of five years beginning on July 1, 2027, to levy and collect a new millage of 3 mills per $1,000 of taxable valuations of state taxable value which is estimated to produce $171,540.90 of collections in the first year and would be exclusively used for operation of the City of Clio Police Department?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes a new 3-mill city tax for five years starting July 1, 2027, used only for the Clio Police Department.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the new police millage.
