Shall Section 12.4 of the Charter of the City of Davison be amended to provide that the Board of Review shall convene in accordance with State law at such times, dates, and places as designated by resolution of the Council?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote has the Board of Review convene under state law at times, dates and places the council sets by resolution.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps Section 12.4 as it is.
