Shall Section 4. 8 of the Charter be amended to state that the filing of an Affidavit of Identity and a nominating petition shall be filed in accordance with the deadlines provided by state law?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote has affidavits of identity and nominating petitions filed by the deadlines in state law.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps Section 4.8 as it is.
