This special assessment for all parcels of land within the Charter Township of Mundy is for mosquito abatement, as allowed by law. Shall the Charter Township of Mundy impose a Twenty-Eight Dollar and 73/100 ($28.73) assessment upon each real parcel within the Township and each lot within a registered mobile/manufactured home community within the Township for a period of five (5) years, 2027 through 2031, inclusive, to provide funding for a Township wide mosquito abatement program, thereby raising an estimated Two Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars ($207,287) each year of the assessment?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves an annual $28.73 assessment per parcel and mobile home lot for 2027–2031 for a township mosquito abatement program.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the assessment.
