Shall the previously voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article 9, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution, in the Township of Buckeye, of 1.25 mills ($1.25 per $1,000 of taxable value), reduced to 1.23150 mills ($1.23150 per $1,000 of taxable value) by the required millage rollbacks, be renewed at and increased up to the original voted 1.25 mills ($1.25 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 4 years, 2027 through 2030 inclusive, for the purpose of suppression and control of mosquitoes, raising an estimated $73,266 in the first year the millage is levied?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews the mosquito control millage and restores it to 1.25 mills for 4 years (2027–2030), about $73,266 in the first year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal of the mosquito control millage.
