Shall the City of Bad Axe repeal Ordinance No. 2019-3 which prohibits marihuana establishments and instead allow up to two such establishments to operate in the City in accordance with the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote repeals the city's 2019 ordinance banning marijuana establishments and allows up to two to operate under state law.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the ban.
