The question, as printed on the ballot

For the purposes of providing law enforcement funding in the Charter Township of Delhi, Ingham County, Michigan, shall there be a renewal of the previously authorized millage which, after being reduced to 1.47190 mills ($1.47190 per $1,000 of taxable value) by required millage rollbacks, would be renewed and levied at the original voted rate of 1.5 mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of eight (8) years, 2026 through 2033 inclusive? It is estimated that approximately $1,748,830 will be collected in the first year. All millage funds shall be subject to an independent yearly audit and be reported on a public website.
