Shall Section 7.4 of the East Lansing City Charter be amended to permit the City Clerk to appoint a designee to attend all City Council meetings?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the charter to let the City Clerk appoint a designee to attend City Council meetings.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps Section 7.4 of the charter as it is.
