The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall the authorized charter millage for the Charter Township of Blackman, established for years 2022 through 2026 inclusive at .25 mills ($0.25 Per $1,000 of taxable value), be renewed at up to .25 mills ($0.25 per $1,000 taxable value) for Ten (10) years, 2027 through 2037 inclusive, for the maintenance, improvements, enhancements, and additions to the Township park system, which .25-mills will raise an estimated $173,538 in the first year the millage is levied
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews up to 0.25 mill for 10 years, 2027–2037, for the township park system; estimated $173,538 in the first year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal of the parks millage.
