The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall Clark Township impose an increase of 1 mill ($1 .00 per $1,000 of taxable value) of the Tax Limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for five years, 2026 through 2030 inclusive, for the purpose of providing for vehicles and major equipment for the Clark Township Fire and Ambulance Services, raising an estimated $273, 915 in the first year of millage.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets Clark Township levy 1 mill for 2026–2030 for vehicles and major equipment for its fire and ambulance services.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the millage.
