Shall the expired previous voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under ARTICLE IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Hendricks Township, be renewed at the original voted 1.5 mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for five years, 2026 through 2031 inclusive, for Hendricks Township general operations, raising an estimated $22,297.00 in the first year the millage is levied?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews Hendricks Township's general operations millage at the original 1.5 mills for 2026–2031.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal.
