Initiation of an ordinance pursuant to the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act to amend Section 11.3 of the Menominee Code of Ordinances to provide for no more than thirteen (13) marihuana retail establishments to be allowed within the city limits. Should the proposal be adopted?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends Menominee's code to allow no more than 13 marijuana retail establishments in the city.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the ordinance amendment.
