Shall the City of Bloomfield Hills be authorized to renew the existing library millage of .52 mills per year (as reduced by required millage rollbacks) due to expire in 2026, with a renewed library millage of up to .52 mills ($.52 per $1,000.00 taxable value) a year for a period of six years commencing with the July 2027 levy and raising approximately $440,405 in the first year, for the purposes of funding a library contract with the Baldwin Public Library of Birmingham, Michigan, to provide library services for the residents of the City of Bloomfield Hills and the employers and employees of businesses located in the City of Bloomfield Hills, which library services would include full library privileges to the Baldwin Public Library, including borrowing privileges and all other services of the Baldwin Public Library, on the same basis as such services are available to the residents of the City of Birmingham and the employers and employees of businesses located in the City of Birmingham?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews a library tax of up to 0.52 mill for six years, starting with the July 2027 levy, to fund the city's library contract with Birmingham's Baldwin Public Library.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal.
