Shall the City of Ferndale, Charter, Chapter IV, Registration, Nomination and Election, Section 5, Resignation of Commissioner [Council member], be deleted and repealed?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote deletes and repeals Chapter IV, Section 5 of the Ferndale City Charter, Resignation of Commissioner [Council member].
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps that section in the charter.
