The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall the previous tax limitation millage on general ad valorem taxes within the Township of Ogemaw, Ogemaw County, Michigan, imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution, be renewed for said Township at the current rate of 1.50 mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of five (5) years, 2027 through 2031, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for Road Maintenance within the Township; and shall the Township levy such renewal in millage for said purpose, thereby raising in the first year of such levy an estimated $121,150?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews a 1.5-mill property tax for five years (2027–2031) for road maintenance in the township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal.
