Shall the Lincoln Township, County of Osceola, Michigan, be authorized to levy a new millage in an amount of 1.75 mills (!1.75 per each $1,000 of taxable value) against all taxable property within the limits of Lincoln Township for a period of ten (10) years, 2026 through 2035, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for all purposes authorized by state statute and law, including operating and equipping the Lincoln Township Fire Department? The estimate of the revenue the Lincoln Township of Osceola County will collect if the millage is approved and levied by the Lincoln Township Board in the first year of levy (2026) is approximately $199,682.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves a new township tax of 1.75 mills for 10 years (2026-2035), including to operate and equip the Lincoln Township Fire Department.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the new tax.
