Shall Middle Branch Township renew up to 1 mill ($1.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable value in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for two years, 2026 through 2027, inclusive, for road improvements in Middle Branch Township, raising an estimated $28,576 in 2026, the first year the millage is levied?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote renews the township's tax of up to 1 mill for 2 years (2026-2027) for road improvements.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the renewal.
