Shall the second sentence of the first paragraph of Section 3.7 of the Ferrysburg City Charter be amended to reduce the number of registered electors required for a nominating petition to not less than 6 and by no more than 20 signatures?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the city charter so nominating petitions need at least 6 and no more than 20 signatures of registered electors.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the charter's current signature requirement.
