The question, as printed on the ballot
For the purposes of continuing village-wide law enforcement, road patrol services, and operations of the Village of Oakley Police Department, shall the Village of Oakley of Saginaw County Michigan continue the use of their police department after the start of the next fiscal year beginning April 1, 2027 at no extra cost to village of Oakley residents.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote continues the Village of Oakley Police Department after April 1, 2027; the ballot says this is at no extra cost to residents.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects continuing the village police department.
