The question, as printed on the ballot
Shall the tax limitation on all taxable property within Greenleaf Township, Sanilac County, Michigan be approved, the Township shall be authorized to levy annually a millage in the amount not to exceed 1.0 mill ($1.00 on each $1,000 of taxable value), on all real property located in Greenleaf Township, Sanilac County, Michigan for 4 years commencing January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2030, for the application of a second dirt road dust brine annually, instead of one.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote lets Greenleaf Township levy up to 1 mill for 2027–2030 to pay for a second dust-control brine application on dirt roads each year.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the road brine millage.
