Shall the Village of Peck be authorized to sell the portion of Village-owned property currently comprising part of Bartlett Park and identified as a portion of Parcel No. 071-060-005-030-00 located south of the Spring Creek Drain, following approval of any necessary parcel split upon terms and conditions approved by the Village Council?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the Village of Peck to sell the part of Bartlett Park south of the Spring Creek Drain on terms the Village Council approves.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the sale.
