Shall the Village of Peck be authorized to sell the following Village-owned properties currently comprising part of Bartlett Park, upon terms and conditions approved by the Village Council: The portion of Parcel No. 071-060-005-030-00 located north of the Spring Creek Drain, following approval of any necessary parcel split; and Parcel No. 071-060-003-010-00?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote authorizes the Village of Peck to sell the part of Bartlett Park north of the Spring Creek Drain and a second park parcel on terms the Village Council approves.
A “No” vote means
A no vote does not authorize the sale.
