The question, as printed on the ballot

Shall Germfask Township impose an increase of two (2.000) mills per one thousand ($2.00 per $1,000 of Taxable value on real property taxes) in the tax limitations imposed under article IX, Sec. 6 of Michigan Constitution and levy it for five (5) years beginning with the tax statement due February 2027, and continuing for tax periods of 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 inclusive, for the sole purpose of funding the rehabilitation, restoration, and graveling surfaced roads within the Township of Germfask which would result at the proposed 2 mills increase raising an estimated Forty-One Thousand ($41,000.00) Dollars in the first year the millage is levied. If approved and levied in full, this millage will raise an estimated Forty-One Thousand ($41,000.00) Dollars in 2027 to be disbursed only to the Germfask Township Road Fund.

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote lets Germfask Township levy 2 mills for five years (2026–2030) only to rehabilitate, restore and gravel township roads.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the millage.
