The question, as printed on the ballot

An Amendment To The City Of Corunna Charter Such That The City Of Corunna Council Shall Have A Quorum Based On The Majority Of Seats Filled Rather Than Four (4) Members Of Council. Shall the Corunna City Charter Section 5.2(d) be amended to eliminate its requirement of four (4) council members to be considered a quorum in favor of a majority of the total number of councilmembers then holding office to be considered a quorum?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote makes a quorum a majority of the council members then in office instead of four members.

A “No” vote means

A no vote keeps the four-member quorum.
