IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE PEOPLE OF MOTTVILLE TOWNSHIP THAT:Section 1. The title of this ordinance shall be the “Mottville Township Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments Ordinance.” Section 2. Marihuana Establishments Prohibited. Marihuana establishments, as defined by MCL 333.27953(l), are prohibited within the boundaries of Mottville Township. Shall the “The Mottville Township Prohibition of Marihuana Establishments Ordinance” be approved?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote adopts an ordinance prohibiting marijuana establishments in Mottville Township.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the prohibition ordinance.
