Shall the expired previous voted increase in the tax limitations imposed under Article IX, Sec 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Hamilton Township, of 1 mills ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value), reduced to .9949 mills ($.9949 per $1,000 of taxable value) by the required millage rollbacks, be renewed at and increased up to the original voted 1 mill ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 6 years, 2026 through 2031 inclusive, for maintaining and upgrading existing roads within the township, raising an estimated $81,272 in the first year the millage is levied?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote renews the road millage at up to 1 mill for six years (2026–2031) to maintain and upgrade township roads; about $81,272 the first year.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the renewal.
