The question, as printed on the ballot

In accordance with State law, a portion of the millage may be subject to capture by the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority and the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.

A yes vote amends the charter to authorize a tax of up to 2.125 mills for 2027–2032 for street, bridge and sidewalk repair and sidewalk construction, replacing the current tax.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the charter amendment; the current 2.125-mill street, bridge and sidewalk tax covers 2022 through 2026.
