Shall Chapter 15 of the Charter be amended to require the City to establish a municipal electric utility and governance structure therefor?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends Chapter 15 of the charter to require the city to establish a municipal electric utility and a governance structure for it.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the charter amendment; the charter would not require the city to establish a municipal electric utility.
