Shall the Dexter City Charter Section 13.05 be amended to designate the real property described as parcel number 08-08-06-129-016, as expanded by City Council action to include vacated Main Street and Central Street rights-of-way, as public park, and to maintain the property as such in perpetuity?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends charter Section 13.05 to designate parcel 08-08-06-129-016, with vacated Main and Central Street rights-of-way, as public park in perpetuity.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the charter amendment; the charter would not designate the property as public park.
