Shall Sections 37, and 56, of the Southgate City Charter be amended to eliminate term limits for the offices of Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer, and City Council?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote amends the city charter to eliminate term limits for mayor, city clerk, city treasurer and city council.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the charter's term limits for city elected officials.
