To permit the operation of ABC stores.
A “Yes” vote means
Permits ABC stores (government-run liquor stores) to operate in Perquimans County.
A “No” vote means
ABC stores would not be permitted to operate in Perquimans County by this election.
The Perquimans County Board of Commissioners voted on July 6, 2026 to place the ABC store and mixed beverage questions on the ballot, using wording provided by the county attorney.
