A “Yes” vote means
Approves an additional local sales and use tax of one-quarter percent (0.25%) in Yadkin County, on top of all other state and local sales and use taxes.
A “No” vote means
Does not approve the additional one-quarter percent local sales and use tax in Yadkin County.
