"Shall Local Law No. 2 of 2026 entitled "Change the term of office of the Town Supervisor from two years to four years" be approved to ensure continuity of town initiatives?" This term will begin on January 1, 2029.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves Local Law No. 2 of 2026, lengthening New Berlin's town supervisor term from two years to four years, beginning January 1, 2029.
A “No” vote means
A no vote rejects the local law; the town supervisor term stays at two years.
