The question, as printed on the ballot
Revise the City Charter to update provisions governing term limits, vacancies, Common Council procedures, budgeting and financial management, strategic planning, and communications between the Common Council and City employees; establish an Emergency Disaster Relief Services Commission and orientation for newly elected Councilors; and make related organizational and administrative revisions. A vote of "Yes" will approve these revisions in their entirety. A vote of "No" will leave the City Charter unchanged.
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote approves the charter revisions in their entirety, including an Emergency Disaster Relief Services Commission and orientation for new councilors.
A “No” vote means
A no vote leaves the City Charter unchanged.
