Shall the Town of Franklin in the County of Delaware increase the term of office of the Town Highway Superintendent from two (2) years to four (4) years, with the extension taking effect with the term of office beginning January 1, 2027?
A “Yes” vote means
The Franklin town highway superintendent's term becomes four years, starting with the term that begins January 1, 2027.
A “No” vote means
The Franklin town highway superintendent's term stays at two years.
