Shall the Town of Franklin in the County of Delaware increase the term of office of the Town Clerk/Collector from two (2) years to four (4) years, with the extension taking effect with the term of office beginning January 1, 2027?
A “Yes” vote means
The Franklin town clerk/collector's term becomes four years, starting with the term that begins January 1, 2027.
A “No” vote means
The Franklin town clerk/collector's term stays at two years.
