Shall the Town Board's Resolution authorizing borrowing $20,000,000.00 (million) Dollars for up to 30 years to acquire parcels of land, or rights or interests in such land, for passive park purposes and the preservation of open space and pledging the full faith and credit of the Town be approved?"
