Shall there be approved in the Town of Santa Clara Local Law No. 02 of 2026, entitled "A Local Law Abolishing the Elected Combined Office of Town Clerk/Tax Collector and Creating the Appointed Combined Position of Town Clerk/Tax Collector of the Town of Santa Clara" as adopted by the Santa Clara Town Board on July 9, 2026?

A “Yes” vote means

A yes vote approves the local law making Santa Clara's combined town clerk/tax collector an appointed position instead of an elected one.

A “No” vote means

A no vote rejects the local law, and the town clerk/tax collector stays an elected office.
