Shall the Elective Office of County Treasurer be abolished and the appointive office of Director of Finance be created in Fulton County as approved by the Fulton County Board of Supervisors in Local Law 2 of 2026?
A “Yes” vote means
A yes vote abolishes the elected County Treasurer and creates an appointed Director of Finance, as approved by the Board of Supervisors in Local Law 2 of 2026.
A “No” vote means
A no vote keeps the County Treasurer an elected office.
